The dress is much too tight. It looks like she is not wearing stockings and she needs some lessons on how to walk and stand like a lady.
There use to be a level of protocol in the way First Ladies dressed and behaved. I guess everything goes now.

I normally save various picture of the obamas in different poses and positions for use in my graphics, but these are beyond the pale and I just can't bring myself to put them on my computer.

She needs to pay more attention to how she poses in public, picture 1 and 2 she looks very elegant. Picture 3 is like she just climbed off a horse.

Michelle is tall and reasonably attractive; she could look like a classy First Lady if she chose to. Why does she insist on presenting herself as a tawdry streetwalker? She looks like Tina Turner in that outfit.

On the subject of the dress....
The material is horrid
The color is completely unflattering
But
The cut is pretty good. I like the snugness on the leg; it gives a bit of a sexy look without showing much. The shoulder area is complementary. She needs a good pair of Spanx to firm up the tummy and butt area.
Overall, it’s not bad, I’ve seen her in considerably worse outfits.
