Conserve Water, or the Fish Will Die

Whenever you use Yan Lu's "Poor Little Fishbowl Sink," water in the above fishbowl drains, resulting in a life-threatening situation for its resident goldfish. That's a clever way of reminding us that our wasteful practices can directly affect other creatures (and that, for much of the world, water issues are matters of life or death).

There is a reason fishtanks must be cleaned. I wouldn’t wash my hands in fishwater.

How about the “Poor Little Fishbowl Toilet”? If you flush, the fish will die!

Now that there is a nursery for disease.

BTW, there’s not one gallon of water more or less on planet Earth than has been for millions of years.

"There is a traditional shaped fish bowl in the Poor Little Fish basin. While using, the level of water in the bowl gradually falls (but does not actually drain out); it will go back to the same level once the water stops running. As well, the water from the tap is pure, as its pipeline does not connect to the bowl."

The fact that they are reusing the fish water to wash their hands gives the lie to their premise. Using water does not cause it to disappear. It still exists and is available for repurposing.

Where does the water go when it goes down the drain?

So, you can still have fun traumatizing the fish but you can't kill him?

Wonder what PETA would say about this...lol

Incorrect.

The Earth is constantly pelted with tons and tons of ice from space, and particles of dust , every day. There is actually more water on Earth than there used to be. And more Earth. The planet is growing in size, although not all of the growth is due to dust accumulation.

Okay then, answer me this.

You know that little light in the fridge?

Where does it go when it goes out?
