this smacks of a little bit too much familiarity to me....not very professional....and yes, she knew the dr as a friend supposedly, but when you are the patient and your friend is the doc, you expect a cool,professional approach.....
one wonders what else this ignoramus has been doodling on....

I used to work with this doctor. To be honest he is no weirdo. I think this lady is just trying to get some $$$.
