Why does she feel such an attachment to an organ that she had removed? Does she feel the same sort of attachment to her external skin cells that the body is continuously shedding and renewing?

If you know his personality he probably didn’t mean anything by it but only in an innocent and joking manner with the women taking advantage of the situation. In such a litigious society it is just too risky to do corny things like that.
