KEYWORDS:
Novak had the tougher semi beating Federer in five well-fought sets, whereas Nadal breezed by his semi in three, so I imagine Novak was pretty worn out, but still it was a pretty entertaining final. (Hope Roger can pull out another trip to the finals against Nadal in a major, though. Always enertertaining!)

Yeah the match against Federer was epic and very entertaining. Not surprised he was burnt out.

Did you have a favorite in the semi? It *was* very entertaining.

Just my 2 cents...am a major big Roger Federer fan...so disappointed over his loss in the semi-finals, which was a great, nail-biting match. Nadal winning the US Open? No biggie to me...he had the easiest time of all major competitors in getting there. With that said, I kind of feared a Nadal / Federer match, as I felt Nadal would still have come out on top. Great match, Nole...who played with amazing heart...same for Nadal. Oh well...time to move on. The Aussie Open will be here before we know it.

I was really pulling for Federer as well. I like Nadal fine; I don't care who wins when Federer plays him, and I always enjoy their matches. I think age might be catching up with Roger, and I can't imagine him sticking with tennis if he can't come up victorious. What do you think in that regard? He's been an amazing champion.

Did you watch the women's final? What a yawner. I love Clijsters, but a little more game from Zvonareva would have been nice. Of course, I'm sure she feels the same as well (she *is* a great player) ... Clijsters against Venus was outstanding ...

I rooted for Djokovic because pretty boy Federer leads such a charmed existence. I figured he could handle losing.
