Our bomb squad found a suspicious packege left on the side of the road straddling the border of CA and OR. They blew it up to discover that it contained someone’s cremains.

Now parents have the perfect tool for making the kids go to bed.
Just threaten 'em.
"Go to bed now or I'm calling the bomb squad and they're gonna blow up your toys!"

When I was in the Navy, the bomb squad was called in on a suspicious package at Sasebo. After a controlled detonation, the resulting debris was examined and the contents of the package was determined to be one dead cat (felis cattus mortis).

(Gun control was originally to protect Klansmen from their victims. The basic reason hasn't changed.)

Stuffed ponies should be asking themselves, “Why do they hate us?”
To: Ronin
Did the cat die before or after this skilled military operation?
To: nickcarraway
Hopefully no child makes the mistake of leaving a real pony outside the schools. Trojan Pony?
To: sanjoaquinvalley
That was never precisely determined due to the enthusiastic use of C4 for the “controlled” detonation, but it was believed that the cat’s demise had preceded the incident.

When will moderate ponies speak up? That was a moderate pony. You saw what happened to her. Blown to pieces just because she was a moderate.

due to the enthusiastic use of C4 for the controlled detonationThat's what happens when you put a bunch of overgrown boys in charge of whether to blow up things. (Not that I'd do any differently)

To show that there is no favoritism, they should blow up a Care Bear and a couple of smurfs.

Blowing things up should always be answer number one.
Answer number two is to shoot at it to see if it will blow up.

I'm not sure, but it looks like the pony in the picture is wearing a turbin.
Thank God that in America we have the technology to overreact to a lost toy “outside and elementary school” and blow it to smithereens.

Don't forget the Cabbage Patch Kids. Those things always creeped me out...
