You will notice in the list below only two. #2 Nancy P and #3 Dan Inouya are not chosen by BO...The remainder go when he does. Nanci is too deep into the fraud to be next pres....and Inouya nothing need to be said here.

The Judicial wing of our government have been doing some absurd decisions not based on the constitution or case law....Not wanting to “embarrass the congress”..Even a lay person can see that many are asinine. Justice's Thomas comment was weird....Something about dodging the issue....Not about ignoring it or judicating it or it not being valid.

In reality the judiciary cannot remove him only find him ineligible or guilty; only congress can impeach and remove by our present legal system. Unless the two work together in concert the entire country will be in chaos for months and open us to all sorts of attacks etc. Until Nov. the judicial branch has no choice but to shuffle, dodge, juggle...until "It's show time!" We'd better work out tails off and carry the House and Senate.

It must be swift and organized. When the time is right the courts will act, the congress will act. All BO appointive will be removed and only two will remain to form a new government (which they will have settled before actions are completed...Condi will again be SoS)
