The Republican Party does not need to be “destroyed,” nor is there any use in doing so.

If the Party does not reflect the will of the people, it will die on the vine of its own accord or it will be reformed or displaced by an organic movement such as the Tea Party movement.

Focusing on “destruction” of the party, IMHO, is neither helpful nor effective. I suggest we focus on strengthening and enlarging those things — such as the Tea Party movement — that are viable vehicles for the peoples’ voice. Whatever that does to the Republican Party, it does. So be it.
