I think that’s the view of the New York feminists profiled in a NYT article awhile back. Spitting, gasping rage that a woman like THAT (not from NY, not from Harvard or some other liberal elite bastion, not a woman who worked her way up the Women’s Studies ranks for several decades wearing sensible shoes)could even DARE to think of office when THEY thought they were in charge of selecting the first women president. Then the first women president, Hillary perhaps, would know the ‘right people’ in the women’s groups and further elevate them and their programs, ideologies etc. They feel they are being ‘ripped off’ of what they have been laboring their whole lives to cultivate and watching it be offered to a country girl.
That...and she’s a pro-life conservative...which means she “obviously” can’t be a feminist.
Strong women like her will make their heads explode every time.
