Yeah, Yeah back with your cops are bad guys routine again....

They sometimes are...

I put it under the category of...
1) Physicians killing women while doing abortions
2) Nurses derelict in care in Nursing Homes
3) Priests sexually abusing alter boys
4) Soldiers aiding and comforting Enemy
5) Politicians selling out their country for personal gain

Those in Oath-Bound tasks acting dishonorably

But I do not see the Cops as better or worse
than the other examples of the same thing
The poster does seem to have a monomania on this subject

It is, however, an important one anyway

Does Buford Pusser ring a bell or the movie “Walking Tall”?

TMMT didn’t commit assault...the LE did. She we ignore these transgressions committed by LE? What if I posted the articles? Would that make a difference?

What do you think would happen if a Freeper were to troll the internet for stories about members of the military doing bad things, and repeatedly reposted them here? One could do the same thing with any other profession... perhaps pilots? I wonder how well that routine would go over.

I’d be willing to bet that if there was a problem with pilots...TMMT wouldn’t be on a forum telling people who had been members 6 years longer than he not to post threads about them.

I've encouraged those who take issue with what I do, to do just that. If you feel that drunk pilots are a growing problem in this country then by all means post'em up. You'll get no complaints from me at all...

Exactly, sunshine is the best disinfectant regardless of the occupation. If drunk pilots are a growing problem then by all means post the stories. Not only will I not object, I'll support your endeavor.

Well, freeDUtroll, those stories do appear here.

We who served generally call for the harshest of punishment for those who dishonored the uniform, and free and open examination of all the evidence to detiremine guilt.

But then, we see ourselves as part of the citizenry, not its masters.

I see, you are incapable of dealing with any disagreement whatsoever without ad hominem attacks. How positively fascist of you.

"We who have served"? You do realize that includes me, right?

But then, we see ourselves as part of the citizenry, not its masters.

Uh huh, because those EEEVVVILLLLL police and military are out to get you and subjugate you!!!
