A TERRITORY girl is lucky to be alive after she was mauled by a savage dog.
Seven-year-old Meg Croton and her brother Connor, 9, had been feeding their family's dog - an eight-year-old mastiff cross - in their Humpty Doo back yard when the girl was attacked by the vicious hound.
"I tripped on a rock and fell, and I think I kicked his leg," Meg recalled the attack. "And then it hurt very badly and he was on top of me and ripped on my head. "But my brother saved my life."

Cath....
OK, you got me... WHAT or WHO is/was that.
And how DARE I be in a time zone several hours out of the US and inconvenience the Ugly People like this??
Because you were wrong.
As you grow up it will become apparent even to you when you are wrong and are arguing with people who know what they are talking about they will not change their mind and agree with you.
When you are wrong you are wrong.
I’ve merely been observing with amusement via the Comments tab. Shall I depart since I’m a noob to the thread, lol?
I did. Count them. Perhaps 40 times!!
And actually... half a dozen of the original “gang” has read them. They see the obvious, that I am not a dog killer and they have moved on. If it takes another 40,000 posts, to get it through the thicker skulls or the emotionally clouded ones... so be it. Time and truth, are on my side.
This is just text. Doesn’t take any more emotional energy for me than watching TV and shouting “NO DON’T GO DOWN THERE”... LOL
PAX
Oh not at all!
Please. Do NOT mistake my inquiry as one of those "Depart from me n00b" cultists. Far from it.
Old, young, new, vet. All good. I just lost track after nearly 700 posts who was who and so I asked.
So, comment away! I'd love to read something on this topic, from someone who wasn't talking about me as if I was a "Bob Dole" third person apparition. LOL
Her overall philosophy, despite a few gaping holes such as atheism, is very compelling, especially to high school and college students. Heck, some adults never completely recover. Take, for instance, Alan Greenspan.
But, her penchant for chapter-long, stilted and absolutely wooden soliloquies was more than just annoying. Protagonists just don't hop on a soapbox and whale away the days like that in the real world.
Does any of this strike a chord?
Most know why was it 16 to 1. The school yard punk had to call his buddies over here because he couldn't handle your debating skills. We all know what happens when people can't debate-- they name call. or, lol, correct your grammar!
You'd probably need to go look at a LOT more of my other posts... this thread is like the furthest from center me as I can hold. And I am only doing that for the greater principle.
As for Rand. No. Actually, I can't stand her. With regards to the "atheism", that would be the primary reason. I have no desire to fill my mind with thoughts which will run contrary to the Word of God. I read legal briefs. The Wall Street Journal. Tech and trade manuals. Founding fathers documents: I am a DAR! And of course, the Bible. Every day. Many times a day. I doubt I can go more than a few hours without some reference to the Word.
I know people who are versed in Rand. And I eat them for lunch. Once, in a restaurant, while volunteering on a Presidential campaign, during the caucuses, here in Iowa: I took on a dozen well verses Ron Paul "Randites" over pancakes. Several of us, from various campaigns, were all doing the middle of the night Denny's thing and the topic turned to "is God real".
Two hours later. All but one of them had admitted I either won or presented the best case they had ever heard from a logical point of view. The crowd of 40+ was just silently enthralled watching.
How's that for clarity for your thesis?
40,000... won't take that long.
I have nearly 7,000 alone on the SyFy forum. And I haven't posted there since Battlestar Galactica began to suck in the 3rd season. LOL
I had more than half a MILLION on AOL. Of course that was 12 years as a kid and teen, and several as a Mod to boot.
40,000 here... Not that out of reach. I've really just begun. As many of my previous haunts have dried up. That happens. So this is now my newest most active ground.
365 days in a year would be just over 100 posts a day. Easily a 3 year goal. And as the other poster pointed out.
I don't post "ha ha you suck". I actually engage and provide multiple sentences and paragraphs. So, my 40,000 will MEAN something... well, besides "you have no life"... HAHAHAHA
Oh, my.
Wee Rachel asked me what my friends thought so I pinged them for their opinion. If you could read more better you would know that or you are just continuing to lie. Either way you and your wee friend came up short. Real short.
Also talking about a FReeper without pinging them is chicken $hit but I guess that doesn't bother someone like you.
Also note that the wee one's "debating skills" are as lacking as your class.
You put your money on a dog in a horse race.
lol. go away little fellow.
Gotta pile on here, Allegra. Sal is right. [stomps after Sal] [Sal glares at me] [running away, ducking]
Again, I regret to inform you that I also forgot “OCD-riddled megalomaniac.” I’ll get it right eventually. Please forgive me.
Make me a sandwich then put another coat of wax on my Jeep.
Again, pardon me for being remiss, but I would now add “risible liar.” Maybe I should delay posting because there may be more descriptions that fit the troll.
Nah.
If nothing else came from this thread it is clear that all of you rock!
during the caucuses, here in Iowa
But previously you stated:
Now, in San Angelo, we know how a real man is to behave
San Angelo ain't in Iowa. Curious.
