Even though the airplane is pressurized the cabin is still above sea level. The variables will be the airplane’s altitude and the maximum differential pressure. For example, I routinely fly my charter jets at 45,000 feet and the cabin is about 7,000 feet above sea level.
So, barometric pressure COULD be a factor?
