Members of the Westboro Baptist Church, Johnathan Phelps, center, of Topeka, Kan., stands on an American Flag, next to his wife Shirley Phelps-Roper, left, and their son Hezekiah Phelps, Thursday Sept. 21, 2006 in Rio Rancho, N.M., during the funeral for Spc.

Alexander Jordan, 31, who died Sept. 10 of injuries caused by enemy small-arms fire while he was conducting a mounted patrol in Baghdad.
