BS cops know who the bad ones are for the most part, they just do nothing about it. Its only when they do something stupid like this and get caught that the bad ones get weeded out.

I think I mentioned the fraternity and how they look out for each other.
They will not do it themselves, I mentioned it takes incidents such as this to weed them out.
The idea is to look out for those who are bad, because some day you may need that bad guy to look out for you.
No: Do not expect the Officers to police themselves.It aint gonna happen.
Public incident like this is the only way.
