I see the calf muscle on both legs. Is that what you are seeing as a scar? I have wondered about the scalp scar myself.

The line running down from his knee looks like a large scar with missing flesh as it descends.

Born with only a vestigial ganglia bundle where a brain would have been, that scar reveals that he had a brain imsplant. Unfortunately, it was the cryogenically preserved brain of Lyndon Baines Johnson and turned out to be even smaller and less functional than the original bundle, probably because – as with nearly ALL Democrats — it had never been used.
