1st Theory - The leg scar is from when he met Chrissy Matthews and the “tingle” also ran up Obama’s leg.
2nd Theory - The head & leg scars come from the same incident. It was when the heavens opened and a lightning bolt descended to anoint “THE ONE”. It came in at the head, bounced around inside, storing energy to be made available at a later date to provide “tingles” to sycophants, before coming out his leg to go to ground.
