There’s more ... Jet blue kept the rest of my money and gave me a year to use it up ... which I didn’t ... Total loss to me was about $500. Most airlines now have outrageous change/cancellation fees. Southwest on the other hand, even if you do not buy a refundable ticket, if you cancel you get the full price as a credit to your next purchase with no penalty fees.
