During Ramadan you can’t drink anything during the day.
The fact that we are discussing whether ice cream amounts to an allowed consumable during Ramadan overlooks the fact that there is enough circumstantial evidence that the Obama is a Muslim that the best argument against it is that ice cream is not an allowed consumable during Ramadan - a weak argument indeed.
