I’m really starting to believe that cops simply do not need guns. They are seemingly more reckless, arrogant and a danger to the public at large than ever before.
With cops getting their jollies off on killing dogs, shooting unarmed citizens, and having negligent discharges at the frequency that they do... are we sure that we want these people armed in public? It’s obvious that their training is lacking at a minimum as is their judgement.
Sorry to smack law enforcement around but it just seems that it’s going from bad to worse all the time. I know it’s a small percentage of cops that are a problem but when the system refuses to discipline these officers for their lack of judgement it doesn’t help.

Most of these pathetic stories come from big rotten cities, with what Colin Powell called “urban values”.
I would not want to disarm all POs because of these decayed departments and their degraded hiring and training standards.
This is the logic the anti-gun people apply to us. These incidents do not represent the typical practices in most jurisdictions.
