Ive often wondered why smokers cant use their cars ashtray. Why dirty up your car when the world is your ashtray?
Seeing a smoker toss a butt out of the window is a good way to get me using some good old Anglo-Saxon terms for them.

I?ve often wondered why smokers can?t use their car?s ashtray I suppose old butts are gross and pile up. Many smokers consider themselves exempt from littering laws. Good thing butts only take about 1000 years to degrade.

I can’t speak about a ‘98 Honda, but most cars today don’t even come with ashtrays.
