A bug flew across the frame as the still picture was exposed, and so you got the multiple strobe effect of the bug.

Most plausible answer.

The time stamps on multiple photo's showed that the object was in that position for over 2 hours. What you stated was my thought, then i clicked the video and heard it was in multiple photos over an extended time.

I'd say dust/debris on the lens then the wind blew it off again.
