You should not need the Desktop Manager for this. Simply plug in the USB cable between BB and computer as someone wrote earlier. The BB will then ask if you want the BB to go into "Mass Storage Mode". Tell it "Yes", and your BB internal memory and memory card (if any) should appear in your computer's "My Computer" listing as two drives.

You can then explore them to find your pictures and move/copy/delete them as needeed.

Are you sure curves do that? Seems like a handy thing, but I've never seen it.
