I doubt he lives there today; it’s his childhood home. If he gave a rat’s ass about it, I’m sure he could afford to “save” it from the ball!
The whole area is scheduled for redevelopment, not just his house. Unless he’d be prepared to stump up £100 millions to pay the developers to give up their plans and go away, I doubt even he could save that one home...
