Thunderbird Version 3.1

It’s free and it’s, by far, the best real email client I’ve ever used (I hate webmail).

I have read in several articles that Thunderbird 3 is really bad, full of bugs and vulnerabilities.

I am sticking with the last Thunderbird 2, it works great and I don’t need anything else.

I downloaded this email client but now have a problem. Whereas when I used Outlook or Windows Mail, I was able to save all my old messages, I’m running into an issue where my email server is getting clogged up faster than it used to and when I go on the internet and delete the mail it is also deleted from Thunderbird. Anyway I can make personal folders in Thunderbird that will not delete the email I want to keep?
