Thanks for nice advice. I always do. Avoiding emotional outrage is only way to eascape media brain-washing as well. One has to always ask, why are they pushing my emotional buttons? What is their objective? Why is this the prevailing narrative? Why they didn’t talk about this issue before but now they can’t stop covering it day and night? What is the desired effect of this coverage? Who does it benefit?
Always question the narrative presented to you. NONE of it is accidental.
Always keep an eye on how SYNCHRONIZED the coverage is. Same terms, same angle, same phrases, same view-points, and same conclusions are “INDEPENDENTLY” reached by your “BELOVED” local celeb reporters, located in Seattle and Miami.
It is always what the “OFFICIALS” told them. If not the officials, then it is always unnamed sources.
Why do we need media if the only version of every news event is OFFICIAL’S version?
