If there was proof positive tomorrow that Obama was not born in the US, what would happen?

If there were indisputable proof, all hell would break loose. We would have a constitutional crisis, which is why the ruling class would like to ignore it and marginalize anyone who even brings it up. Proof positive would generate an earthquake and destroy any credibility that Obama has left.

Not only that, it would utterly discredit the Legislature (who took no action in validating the qualifications of the candidates selected by the electoral college) and the Judiciary (who denied 'standing' to EVERYONE who previously brought the matter up) and the STATE governments (who did not ensure the qualifications of the candidates they put on-ballot)... IOW it would be a major shit-storm that should, in all honesty, cost a LOT of [political and bureaucratic] people their fortunes, 'honor'/good-repute, and LIVES. Two national-level laws that apply here are as follows:

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured— `They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.`

Imprisonment is, for intents and purposes, kidnapping in this sense; this means that the former allows people like LTC Larkin who have had their rights abridged and been imprisoned for it CAN demand their captors put to death. The latter is a bit more subtle, but if one accepts the invalidation of the integrity of ALL THREE BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT as giving aid and comfort to America's enemies then it would be obvious that a LOT of congressmen, congressional aides, state officials/bureaucrats, federal agents, judges (even those of the supreme court) would be eligible for, as penalty for their treason, death.

IOW, virtually EVERY government official has some interest in seeing this issue stay 'buried.'

The “weather” of the nation has changed, if this proceeds to remove Obama the nation or rather a very large part of it will be very happy, last year it would have been a constitutional crisis, not any more, now its our hope and salvation.

Our hope, and salvation, something that is factual as its not apparent there is any other method of removing him in the works.

I don’t blame the Obama supporters in trying to create fear, on the contrary, I believe this will make them bold and brazen, and then the real America the part thats sick and tired of this lying POTUS Muslim will see who they are up against, don’t take my comment personally, thank you.
