Oregano Oil has been proven to be more powerful than vancomyacin, just sayin ... That being said, I think this is a whole lot of hype, probably just to prepare us for the health care cut-backs coming our way.

Disclaimer: I have self-treated with the elements of "salad dressing", particularly Oil of Oregano for incipient viral infections and honey for superficial skin infections, but once an infection gets entrenched as yours is, forget it.

Possibly not. They are used best as immune boosters and strenghtening the body to prevent such deep infections in the first place.
