If you ever get the chance, try it ... done in a black skillet with a nice roux, served over rice. Good eatin', I promise. Luckily, they invade my pond regularly.
I may have to catch one of the babies and see if my granddaughters want a new pet. My son and DIL would kill me dead ... DEAD I tell ya.
