It’s possible that Stanley Dunham is his father.
However, I could also say that I know of a woman who was abandoned by her birth mother and raised by one of her aunts. She referred to her aunt as “Mother.”
Also, looks can skip a generation. It’s very possible for a child to resemble the paternal or maternal grandparents more than the mother or father.
Not discounting the theory, but just throwing these things out there.
She was raised by her grandparents whom she refers to as her parents...Mom and Dad. She refers to her “birth mother”, who hasn't participated in her upbringing, as her sister.
The first time I was able to discuss it with her at length, I had to do the translating in my head to keep track of who everyone was.
