The Japanese are not breaking the law. The hippie terrorists, on the other hand, break the law in every episode. They cannot attack the Japanese they way they do, it is ILLGAL.

I'm as opposed to whaling as anyone. But I want it stopped through legal means, not by the illegal actions of Admiral Jackass and his crew. Have you considered that the men on the Japanese ships are just fishermen trying to feed their families? Contrast that to the volunteer terrorists you defend.

I've asked you to research this issue. It's clear you never have. The Japanese are not breaking the law. You may not like it but their research is 100% legal.

Article VIII of the International Convention for the Regulation of Whaling (ICRW), the Contracting Parties have an unrestricted right to take whales for scientific research. Japan is a signatory to this Convention.

Again, you may not like the taking of whales for research. But stopping it should result from legal means, not terrorist activity.

taking of whales for research

Yeah, I'm real sure there's alot of research going on there. But, maybe I'm wrong. After watching how quickly they're butchered, I can only imagine the following research conclusions:

1.) A nice Merlot is best served with Humpback meat

2.) The best cooking temperature for whale is 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

3.) Whale penis can be sold for $100 an ounce for an aphrodesiac

In the end, they can't be trusted. Who's counting the whales they take? The type of whales they take? The fact they are whaling in a whale sanctuary without regard. The fact they are overtly exploiting the 'research' loophole in the IWC.

I love the press releases they put out after steering into other vessels. Priceless set of lies.

Sea Shepherd does controvert the law, so do the Japanese.
