Despite entering rehab for a reported addiction to methamphethamine and bipolar disorder, Lindsay Lohan may not have those problems after all.
According to TMZ.com, doctors who have evaluated the troubled starlet at UCLA's Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Westwood believe she was misdiagnosed.
Lohan, 24, has reportedly been "weaned off" all six of her medications, including Dilaudid, Ambien, Adderall, Zoloft, Trazodone and Nexium. Not only has she not shown any adverse reactions to the absence of her meds, but Lohan has also not had any withdrawal symptoms to the void of alcohol, TMZ reported.
Doctors at the substance abuse program purportedly believe Judge Marsha Revel "overreacted" when she ordered Lohan to stay at the facility for 90 days. Last month, Revel excused herself from the case.
Furthermore, docs have reportedly concluded that Lohan does not have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), the condition that granted her a prescription for Adderall.

Good.
If she’s not a drug addict, maybe people will stop paying attention to her and we can all move on.
Because her acclaim isn’t based on talent.

I haven't been following this case, mostly because I don't know who this girl is or why she is apparently noteworthy in the first place. But it is clear with the cocktail of drugs she conned out of compliant doctors, she has a substance abuse problem, for sure. Dilaudid? Gimme a break.
To: Perdogg
LOL...She needed Nexium to help with the heartburn caused by 5 unnecessary prescription drugs and methamphetamine drowned in alcohol.
That heartburn can sure be a bitch!

This girl is a train wreck. Mostly substance abuse, but I'm sure there are some psych issues there, too. Nutty family.
Not sure if the psych issues led to the drugs, or the drugs made her psycho.
Either way, it's sad to see yet another “doctor” cosign an famous addicts BS, which will ultimately lead to her demise.

Way back in the 1930s, there were several Hollywood actors with profound alcoholism who were ordered by their powerful studios to stay at “drying out facilities”. Rather luxurious places, the caddies for the golf course often lived the good life, tending golf bags that clinked when moved, from all the glass inside them.
That being said, I imagine Miss Lohan was not diagnosed with those problems because her doctor divined them, but because she wanted legal drugs to abuse. And once out of rehab, she will be re-re-diagnosed with those, or different problems, again, so she will be able to get more brain candy.
Since she has lasted far longer than the typical career life for actresses, I can imagine that all too soon she will either move on, or burn out.

Taking away all her booze and drugs just took her off the fast track to Belushi type infamy. She may have to wait a few more years.
To: Perdogg
she could very well be a perfectly normally sane individual w/o all these meds but it’s not going to stop her from taking them to continue the effects she wants when she takes them

If you take the ADD stimulants, and DON'T have ADD, it will screw with your mental processes something fierce. My money is on a convincing addict (lindsay) chatting up the "doctor Feelgood" type physicians and getting what she wanted "legitimately". People who take psych meds (generally) get
better after taking them, not bat-s#@t crazy as Lindsay did. Daddy is proof that addiction is an issue in the family, and it didn't skip a generation.
