Personally, I don’t think folks can arbitrarily decide that they read my mind sufficiently to

KNOW ABSOLUTELY

that ALL CAPS

equals raised voice tone or
equals raised eyebrows or
equals raised volume or
equals slowed voice cadence or
equals speeded up voice cadence or
equals stacatto voice cadence or
equals fierce eyes with voice or
equals pleeding eyes with voice or
. . .
. . .
. . .

I don’t buy into the ARBITRARY net convention that

DECREES that ALL CAPS CAN ONLY = raised volume.
