Just change your bookmark to news and you can ignore the Religion forum posts altogether.

I have a feeling if the PTBs didn’t want religion posts, they wouldn’t have made a religion category.
That's wonderful, but what if I want to track "Bloggers & Personal" too? I must either exclude half the "good threads" (by filtering only "News/Activism," which excludes the blogs), or track the swell religious threads that have titles like "Look here! Must read" or "Dissent Poisons" (by choosing "Everything").

WITHOUT THE RELIGIOUS COMMENTS FLOODING THE FORUM UNLESS RELEGATED TO A RELIGION FORUM.
WE ARE
RELIGIOUS—THAT IS WHO MOST CONSERVATIVES ARE.
EVERYTHING IS FILTERED THROUGH THAT CHRISTIAN COSMOLOGY AND PERSPECTIVE.
EVERYTHING—INCLUDING AND PARTICULARLY POLITICS.
