I handle my ping list in Notepad. The list of people are kept in one section, names separated by semi-colons. The actual list I develop daily (what shows in the above link), including graphics, are kept separately below that area. I then copy/paste each section into the appropriate area in the response panel.

To do this you need some familiarity with HTML code. The use of...

< p > For paragraph

< br > For line break

< a href="[Link]" >[Descriptive Name]< /a >

...are all used in setting up the daily ping. NOTE: The spaces you see before/after any "<" or ">" should not be there. For instance, in < p > there should be no spaces. I've added them so the code would show up in this paragraph.

Be sure to save your Notepad document with a descriptive name. Then it can be used any time you want. Also, I save the list of people I ping in a separate Excel file as well, each name being given it's own row. This way I have backup of my ping list, and I can use the numbered rows to easily determine how many I have on my list.

< a href="[Link]" >[Descriptive Name]< /a >

You can substitute < img src="[picture URL]" > for [Descriptive Name] to get a clickable pic. I do that with my Navair list logo and the address for a keyword search on "navair" as the [Link].
