Not much here. There are no doubt chapels in the Pentagon, but all military chapels are non-denominational. There are no synagogues, churches, or mosques in the military, only chapels. The chapel can be decorated to take on the appearance required of the type of service.
Remember, there's a bunch of Navy Dept stuff at the top of the hill, so they may have been using that.
I've been in the public areas over the years and don't recall a Chapel although I recall drugstores, department stores, and restaurants, coffee mess, etc.
So, tell me where "the chapel" was located before 2002.
Actually it goes back a long way to when the govt. mandated that employers can't discriminate against employees' religious observances.. As a result, the religious observances of any employees have to be accommodated even if it means they have to take their shoes off, kneel on a mat and pray in the middle of a board meeting............slight exaggeration but you get my drift.
My company had such an individual who transferred from our closed stamping plant in Phila. to our now closed plant in Detroit. He was an African American convert to Islam who demanded his "prayer" time and we had to accomodate him. We said ok, you pray on your breaks and on your lunch time.
Did I mention that he left a wife and kids back in Phila and the Friend of the Court had to garnishee his wages in order to pay his back child support?????? LOL!
and you are...?
Mustard’s evil twin?
Mayo? Is that you, Mayo?
;-)
The title you created
I am absolutely furious. Who permitted a mosque inside the Pentagon?
did not match the title at the linked source and had to be changed. Also you omitted the date of the article.
Please only use published titles and include the published date.

There is the answer ...no Mosques at Ground Zero but they can pay for a non-denominational chapel if they want
Or are you just one of those mind numbed teenaged libs with no friends and nowhere to go on the weekend?
The picture in your post #27 sums up what I think about allowing Muslims in the Pentagon. Why take the risk?
There are Moslem in the military who deserve a chapel as much as military men and women of every other religion.
I agree, but until political correctness is done away with, and Islam is recognized for the murderous cult that it is, I regret to say that we are stuck with them.
IMHO..... ;^)
Now THAT’S funny.
Are you some kind of idiot? It is one thing to die in a crash of a airplane into your workplace. It is quite another to be in top of a burning building doomed, and make final phone calls, and after you are dead 70% of the Islamic world celebrating and passing out candy in the streets.
No comparison, quit trying to find loopholes for your Islamist buddies.
You’ve got to be kidding me.........
IBTZ!
The number of lives lost at WTC? A NON-military site? Non-government site?
Time to rethink your position, Mr. Elliott?
Lettuce reflect upon that for a moment.
Bless your little heart, you just don’t understand, do you?
Is it different from the 9/11 Memorial Chapel?
