You can’t forfeit custody unless the woman wants and agrees to sole custody and to absolve you....million of men would be delighted for the right to forfeit custody and child support over one drunken night with some female they barely know and don’t want a baby with.....again...she could give the baby up for adoption, have an abortion or raise the baby by herself or with her family.....

The State doesm’t know who the father is without illegally invading the man’s privacy.......

Even if you’re married, you don’t know if you’re the father....

I wonder if that knife cuts both ways. . . can a mother forfeit custody, and so be rid of any obligations?

Certainly a child can be given up for adoption. I suppose that requires that both parents give up custody.

As for desiring to forfeit custody and child support over a drunken night with a female you barely know. . . you don’t have my sympathy there. A man/woman who engage like that are making a person who needs a mom, a dad, a family, and lots of provision. It is hardly that little person’s fault. So really, you should avoid sex with any woman who is not likely to make a good wife and mother.

The child is supposed to go fatherless and poor because you got drunk and used your beer glasses? That is cruel.

As for being married, I suppose as the legal father of a child you could take that child to a doctor and ask for a DNA test. How could they refuse you? I also see mail-in DNA tests advertised. All you need, apparently, is a strand of hair, so you could do it discreetly.

What a disgusting, pro-abortion post.
