This ad could never be made in the USA. Too heteronormative. The US version would replace the widow with the black, gay “husband” of the deceased white gay “husband”, and instead of their children a crowd of Asian, Hispanic, and Pacific Islander lesbians (one of whom would be in a wheelchair) would surround her sympahetically at the end. It would also depict the funeral as being Islamic.

I visted Singapore years ago. I liked it. They don’t fool around with any of that idiotic democracy and civils rights stuff. It’s basically a dictatorship. It’s also one of the best places on Earth to live.

It’s nice to know that there’s still one country on Earth that’s not batshit crazy.
