Yes, and He even creates those that He knows will not become new creatures in Christ, and lets them live normal lives too. Right?
He then creates people that He knows will not be saved? Why would He do that?
All people have the opportunity to come to Christ....we are designed with a void that only He can fill...so he creates us with the desire for himself....
... Man determines if he acts on the promptings of God to draw closer to Him...”No man can come to the father unless he draws them”....and each has their appointed opportunities when God does indeed draw them.
If it were entirely left to God all would be saved....He says so...but he will not force those who ‘resist’ Him. He wants us to come willingly. It is a choice every man will make.
