Pork is to be cooked to 160F. Period, end of story. It never pays to make up stuff.
Apples. Oranges.
The FDA did change the minimum temps on pork in 1999. That is a fact.
If you choose to believe that I'm making things up, fine. We have nothing left to say to one another.
