Frederic Maubert in Soho

A couple of years ago, I gave a clothing store gift card to my 15 year old grandson for his birthday. He bought a fedora! He has a band, and he and his friends wear them when they play for school dances. He lives in Upstate NY.

My 20 year old son just bought a fedora. He, however, has been taught since a young age, "hat etiquette".

I have embarrassed him in public enough times, telling young kids that I don't know, to take their hats off during the playing of the National Anthem, to know that I mean business.

Casual restaurants tend to be a different story. I don't think most people care if a guy is wearing a baseball cap or not.

I love hats. The more striking, the better. Girls love 'em, and guys are jealous. If I ever find a Kevlar top hat, I will wonder if I've died and gone to heaven...

Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Never trust any man that wears a hat!
