Wow, I have never seen an article of this type emphasize the “female-ness” of the passengers so much. I am not excusing the woman’s behavior, but there is a certain type of homosexual who is all too capable of pushing the right buttons and creeping people out simultaneously. (I am thinking of the effete character in “Airplane!” who, when asked “What can you make of this?” He responded, while folding the papers ... “I can make a hat, a broach ...etc.”

He was totally inappropriate, a real Drama Queen. Should not work with the public if he cannot rise above obnoxious folks. He should have just gotten someone else to handle this woman, or had her bounced with her check-in luggage.
