Stonewalls, who remembers the days when a couple of double bourbons on the rocks and a half pack of Camel straights could make a flight managable.
My own millions of air miles predate 9/11, since then I may have flown twice. I still have good memories of flights, and that I would arrive at the airport 10 minutes prior to departure regularly, as a tactic even. As a late arrival I got jammed into an open first class seat more than a few times.
