Yeah, this being his fifth DUI, he really needs to stay in his own living room if he's going to drink.

Never had a DUI.
Never have been arrested for anything ever, in part, because I know stuff like this.
I used to ride along with the cops a few years ago.
Got labeled FOC on the firescreen.
