Well I guess you and Hitler agree then, Confederacies are bad things, decentralize power. I would say President Davis was anti-Hitler. If your measure is a decentralization of power then nothing could be further from the truth. Davis consolidated power in Richmond in ways Lincoln never dreamed of.
