I own a Glock as well. It has never “accidentally” discharged but a Glock is very intolerant of sloppy handling ie: re-holstering with a finger on the trigger, fast draw practice with a round chambered etc. My bet is on the human factor for the NEGLIGENT discharge.

hmmm, that must be why I don’t have this problem. I learned something new today :)
