Very well stated. We’re under the rule of an activist (unconstitutional) liberal judiciary that has totally violated the American concept of checks and balances between the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of our federal government. Now, all of America is under the control of an “Imperial Judiciary” that is completely out-of-control. The Constitution has become no more than what five lawyers arbitrarily and capriciously say it is. Too bad for America. We’ve become a nation of men, not law.

I don’t advocate any violence at this point but I’m beginning to understand what Jefferson meant when he said that new blood has to be shed periodically to preserve the benefits of the revolution.

I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone on the center-right who actually advocates violent revolution, at this point. Most of us actually dread the possibility of that very real likelihood, but are painfully aware that this is precisely where the course of history in our time is headed.

The ruling elite has been systematically dismantling the careful construct of the Founding Generation for the last 100 years. That fact is no longer some sort of conspiracy theory; it's plainly observable to anyone with a modicum of intelligence who has also witnessed the steady erosion of our institutions and freedoms in their own lifetimes.

The threat to the ruling class, is that so many millions of Americans see them for who and what they clearly are. The jig is up, and the people are filled with rage at the theft of their birthright and the destruction of their country.

That rage will only be extinguished by a return to our founding basics, and a removal of the so-called ruling class from the command and control points in the culture. That will require a massive shift, not only in Washington, but throughout every level of government and society.

I'm sure we'd all like to see this accomplished in a peaceful manner, but history tells us that there's never been such a revolution, and there isn't likely to be one now.

The thing will come to a head. The ruling class is now engaged in a mad dash to strip the citizens of the last vestiges of real power, and to construct an unassailable fortress of state that can't be overcome by revolt. Meanwhile, The People grow more and more restless by the day, and ever more determined to unseat the usurpers and traitors.

These two forces are on trajectories that will intersect at some point. I believe that point will come sooner than most would like, or are prepared for (on both sides).

No one forgot except maybe you. With all the violence, and lawless chaos in past 15 years or so, think Reagan would do it today, like Bush was trying to push down our throats recently? Yes or no?

I would certainly hope not, but I still think it was ill-advised back then nonetheless.

.

Help Texas watch her borders.
Watch live on 14 cameras and report illegal alien invaders.
Night cams in operation

http://www.blueservo.net/index.php?error=nlg

Does it work? Yes.
Recently caught on cam and reported:
String of illegals running through brush with backpacks
Numerous sightings of boats crossing the river
Numerous vehicles late at night in isolated areas
IMMENSELY satisfying

Back then it wasn't a lawless violent free for all with tens of millions routinely entering illegally. ...Things cannot be compared to what is happening today, and for the past 15 years or so....Unlike Bush, if Reagan were alive today, he would never even consider an amnesty...

Under Bush, millions of illegals were so damn emboldened, they marched through our cities by the millions, waving foreign flags and making demands and threats.

Ya think Reagan would have put up with this?

I think you gave a pretty good summary of the situation. Regarding violence, I agree that most center/right people abhor that. However, violence is sometimes forced on people when they find it impossible to find any peaceful way to redress grievances. You mentioned Jefferson, author of our Declaration of Independence, and he and colonial America found themselves in exactly that situation. Sometimes, regrettably, the historical situation gives defenders of personal freedom and liberty no alternative. Many of the Founding Fathers also warned of the danger of our liberties being lost - not by violence or a coup d’etat - but by their gradual and almost imperceptible erosion. Let me cite one example in regard to the illegal invasion which threatens our whole social and economic infrastructure:

Article.IV., Section. 4. (U.S. Constitution):

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion.

One doesn’t have to be a constitutional legal scholar to grasp the clear and plain English meaning of those words. Yet, nearly everyone in the Executive and Judicial branches is ignoring this constitutional mandate to defend our sovereign nation against what everyone who is conscious knows is an invasion.

This disastrous situation is exacerbated by those who routinely call those of us who want secure borders and enforcement of our laws “bigots,” “racists,” or other names because they lack any rational argument for their position. There are so many examples of how our constitutional rights and freedoms are being undermined that we’re almost afraid to look at the daily news. No SINGLE thing - but all these little things in the aggregate - are pushing us to the brink. Do you agree? Regards,

Yet, nearly everyone in the Executive and Judicial branches is ignoring this constitutional mandate to defend our sovereign nation against what everyone who is conscious knows is an invasion.

The federal oligarchy (and even some state governments) are not simply ignoring the constitutional mandate to protect the states from invasion, they're actively violating that mandate with malice aforethought. The federal lawsuit against Arizona's SB 1070 is merely the most visible proof of this.

Every federal administration since Bush I has been guilty of willfully maintaining the status quo of an open border and encouraging the massive influx of illegal aliens into this country.

On this one point, they are ALL guilty of treason to the people of this country.

Two Democrat, and two Republican administrations with the same perverted goal of destroying the integrity of our culture. On this, there isn't a dime's worth of difference between them.

I only wonder where the tipping point is. Right now, we have individual states beginning to bypass the federal government, now that it's clear that they have no intention of enforcing our immigration laws. It remains to be seen how far individual states will go to stop the invasion within their own jurisdictions.

At some point, the responsibility to defend the nation will fall to the citizens themselves, should the states fail to stem the tide. Once that begins, chaos will reign supreme. Perhaps that's what the ruling class wants. They are insane, you know.

It all makes me furious beyond words. It's simply suppressive for the federal government to NOT do their primary job, yet punish anyone who would dare to defend the nation themselves.

Lest ye forget, even The Ronald signed an amnesty bill way back in 1986.

Yes, he did, but he only did so because of strong assurances from Congress that the border would be closed and illegal immigration halted.

He was summarily stabbed in the back by the Democrats of the day.
