Does he darken his face? Look how white his legs are compared to his kid’s. They are whiter than mine.
Is there a tan line right above the edge of the neck of the t shirt in the last picture....Has he been using the tanning booth? Is the reason he appears so washed out lately really because he wanted to appear darker (and younger/hairdye when he was running for office.?

Because he is more white and Arab then black. The kids get their color from their mother.
