“Like I said, I fail to see where the crime was committed.”
A crime hasn’t been committed. They did it because sometime in the future someone may hunt them. Sort of like some having their children taken away because they may grow up and become overweight. Oh that’s right, they are doing that in the UK.
Another freedom bites the dust.
Back in the late 80s whole Baptist congregations lost their children due to allegations of abuse at the hands of church members.
In the end, less than 1% of those accused were ever charged with anything and only a fraction of those charges where related to any kind of abuse. Most convictions were secondary charges.
It all pretty much died down when the investigations turned to the social workers for protective services were found to be coaching small children about what to say in court.
