Many people don’t have high enough downloads speeds. Most rural areas don’t have high speed available. Mail is delivered to rural areas. Mail will still be cheep enough to make a profit.

I see your point....Perhaps with a more restrictive delivery environment, they might up the number of DVD’s one could have out at a time, to make up for it. Such as, instead of one DVD out at a time, they could make it two for 8.99/month. That way, a customer could mail back his DVD’s Mon through Wed, and get two new DVDs by Fri...Sound like a plan?
