It produced a rapid jump to communism that has woke many people up, rather than the slow march to communism preferred by McCain, or the medium speed Romney represents.
We are close to where I expected we would be economically, although I did not anticipate that Europe would collapse as rapidly.
A slower march to the hard left would have reduced the people's resistance to it, and given the socialists a better chance to mount a defense against a military counter insurgency by the populace.
My vote for Alan Keyes was morally and ethically the only honest choice I had, and I am quite satisfied with my choice.
But then, I spent much of my life living out of two seabags and an alice pack - so starting over financially if that is what it takes to gain freedom from government dictates over my life doesn't seem that big a deal. My life does not revolve around my belongings, nor has it ever.
So are you also saying Sarah Palin or nothing? I would hope not and seeing you like Keyes I know I like you. What I was pointing out to foolish ohio is not all of us conservatives are sold on Palin and don’t think she should be our automatic choice. I have yet to see the commander in chief in her but will welcome the notion to vote for her if I do.
To be honest, I voted for Barr, Keyes wasn’t an option on my ballot but had he been I would have. (This is the part where I duck.)
